Complete the following form to place your order for the 2026 edition Community Spirit Calendar! All orders and payments are due before October 10, 2025. The calendars will arrive in Assiniboia around the first week of December. Follow us on Facebook for updates!


This year's calendar will feature a photo of the ACHS Graduating Class of 2025!

• $20/calendar
• $5 per calendar discount of orders of 5 or more calendars

PAYMENT:

• Visa or Mastercard accepted
• Cash or cheque can be directed to the Kinette Club of Assiniboia, Box 533, Assiniboia SK S0H 0B0
• Interac e-transfers accepted to [email protected]

DELIVERY:

• In-person delivery to your home $5 charge for unlimited calendars
• Mail delivery - email [email protected] for options
• Pickup for no charge starting the first week of December at Nelson GM Assiniboia (210 1st Ave W)

LIST UP TO TEN BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES OR MEMORIALS

• Each order has the option to include up to ten (10) birthdays, anniversaries or memorials in the 2026 version of the calendar
