Our club
Re-chartered on May 31, 2002, the Assiniboia Kinettes have a proud history of serving the community of Assiniboia and surrounding areas. We are a fun, active, vibrant club that is looking towards the future referencing our successes of the past.
What we do
The goal of the Kinette Club of Assiniboia is three fold: give back, make friends, have fun.
To give back, we hold events, make donations and contribute to other causes locally, provincially and nationally. Our events and projects not only fund our numerous community events, including Books for Bikes, Breakfast with Santa and Easter Egg Hunt to name a few, but also Saskatchewan's own Telemiracle Kinsmen Foundation and national non-profits such as Cystic Fibrosis Canada and Kin Canada Scholarships. Our members have served on national and provincial executive boards for Kin Canada and Telemiracle Kinsmen Foundation.
Our members have been able to forge lifelong friendships within our club, province and country by participating in Kin events. These friendships are integral to our work - we truly love spending time together.
Lastly, we love to have fun. Whether it's at a meeting, one of our local projects or at a provincial or national event, the Assiniboia Kinettes are always a good time.
Individually we are each special in our own right. Together we are #amazingAssiniboia.
